We typically book from Saturday – Saturday but will consider other days if available depending on the season. Just ask. If we can accommodate your request we will. Check in time is 3 p.m./Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

We have owned our home since 2012 and have had many satisfied guests. Please read our guest book of the comments and reviews of our home and be assured that we will do our best to provide a great property and service for your vacation.
Be advised I recently removed my listings from some of the popular travel sites due to the booking restrictions and fees that they are imposing and forcing the owners and travelers to pay to use the site for no additional service. I am hoping this website will be sufficient to market my property and save my potential renters the unjustified fees these sites are attempting to charge. Please know if you book my property I am personally available for any questions or issues that may arise and will provide each confirmed guest with my personal contact information. My property manager, Lindsey Howell is associated with one of the largest most reputable real estate companies in the Keys, Coldwell Banker Schmitt Realty who has an impeccable reputation and is located only approximately 2 miles from my home. A contract is provided and the opportunity to purchase insurance is offered to each guest. Lindsey will only accept a check or credit card so there is no worries.
We purchased this property in 2012 and since then have been renting it to guests like you to help pay for its expenses so that one day we can retire in the beautiful Florida Keys. We take great pride in our home and each time we spend time there make improvements to provide a great experience for our guests. Our home has just had a complete remodel since Hurricane Irma. We were promptly on site to deal with any issues so you can feel confident that our property is safe. We installed new porcelain tile floors, a complete new kitchen with new appliances, a beautiful eat in island with seating for five with amazing recycled glass countertops and completely remodeled master bath along with many other improvements that I am sure you will appreciate if you choose our home.
For now we just vacation here as much as possible and when we are not dreaming of our little piece of paradise work as a pipefitter and paralegal in New Jersey.

We vacationed in Key Colony Beach in the summer of 2012 and by December 2012 had purchased this home. We loved it so much that we could not ignore the opportunity. It is a dream come true for us.
We chose this property for its location. Key Colony Beach is in such an ideal location and close to beaches, fishing, activities, amenities, dining etc. and centrally located in the Marathon area for exploring the Florida Keys and visiting Key West. We feel our property offers you anything you could ever want for an affordable, wonderful, vacation whether you like to relax or be active.
What makes this house unique
Our property is unique as it is situated on a larger lot, has a private canal front pool, has 45 foot of dock-age, a carport and plenty of parking. Most duplexes in KCB only offer 37 foot of dock-age.
In addition, most 2 bedroom duplexes offer the Cabana Club but do not offer a private on-site pool. Our unit offers a private pool and private beach access at Inch Beach which allows our guests the privileges of a beautiful private beach access 1 block from the unit as well as the convenience of having a beautiful pool right outside your door while still being affordable.
We have tried to provide all of the amenities we feel you need to help alleviate your vacation expenses by providing bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers.
We believe if you choose our property you will notice that we love and care about our property and that it is truly our home and not just a rental.
