There is a 7 night minimum on vacation rentals in Key Colony Beach per the City Rules
Check in/Check out days are typically from Saturday – Saturday. Check in time 3 p.m. /Check out time 10 a.m.
Other days will be considered upon request and season.
Fees (These fees are in addition to the weekly rate)
- 12.5% Taxes
- Cleaning fee: $225/per stay
- Additional fee for pool heat (optional) per week: $250 Fee at booking $300 upon arrival
- Pets considered for an additional fee (Ask owner)
- Booking fee: $50 /per stay – Fee
- A refundable $500 damage deposit is due upon booking (this fee is returned after departure and after a satisfactory inspection of the property)

SHE ACCEPTS CREDIT CARD AND CHECKS, PROVIDES A CONTRACT AND OFFERS INSURANCE THROUGH HER LARGE RENTAL AGENCY SO THERE IS NO WORRIES. CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of Less than 28 days if you cancel or change the dates or terms of your reservation in writing more than 90 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund, less the booking fee and any applicable taxes. If you cancel 90 days or less before arrival, your security deposit and any prepaid rent ONLY if the agent is able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your security deposit and any prepaid rent, not to exceed teh amount of your rental. Reservations of MORE than 28 days. If you cancel or change the dates or terms of your reservation in writing more than 120 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund, less the booking fee and applicable taxes. If you cancel 120 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund, less the booking fee and applicable taxes. If you cancel 120 days or less before arrival, your security deposit and any prepaid rent will be refunded ONLY if the agent is able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your security deposit and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental.
