This location in Key Colony Beach is perfect. 2 adult couples enjoyed one week; loved that each bedroom had it own bath. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked with some seasoning staples on hand. Winn Dixie is close by. We signed up for their members reward card and it gave you immediate, same day savings. Be sure to visit the local coffee shop and gift stores, the prices are reasonable and the folks are nice.
There's plenty of beach equipment on hand, but bring two additional chairs, as there is only two on site. We visited Bahia Honda and Sombrero beaches, both were beautiful and offered covered and public facilities. Key West is about an hour's drive and always fun for a day of exploring and dining. There's so much we still didn't see! The neighborhood, really it is a city, of Key Colony Beach is 25mph throughout. It was nice to enjoy a morning walk or bike ride without fear of being run over. Don't miss the nightly walk to Sunset park and be certain that you bring your cocktail, or three. We would recommend this home and plan on returning.

The place is great. 6 steps from the family/TV room is the pool, just right for lounging and cooling off. 10 more steps and you can enjoy the clear canal and observe all of the sea life. We enjoy fishing and caught a meal there. The Julian's told us to try fishing on the Marathon Lady (a headboat) just down the road a couple of miles and we had a blast. I spent the week with 3 of my daughters and my youngest son. Make sure you visit Sunset Beach (3 blocks away) to enjoy byo cocktails and watch the fabulous sunset. We're going back again.

This is a charming home. Everything you could want or need to have a fantastic vacation is here. Beach bags, chairs, cooler, towels,etc. Bikes are also here to enjoy this lovely neighborhood. Also boasts all the amenities you could want, sports bars, tiki bars, wonderful family restaurants. Quick access to the beach, golf course, playground, etc. I will not leave out the wildlife. Iguana, skinks, owls, fish, birds, etc. Problem with anything and the owner is on it. Pool guy came out to do routine cleaning on pool and found there was a problem with the pump. A day and a half later it was repaired.This is a great rental for a family or couple looking to relax and have fantastic meals in or out of the home. I cannot say enough about this home. I can't wait to take my grandchildren this summer. Oh and by the way, it is not far from exciting and exotic tourist attractions. Key West, Little Palm Island and many more. This home is comfortable.
